“Customer service quality at Durban University of Technology (DUT), Business Studies Unit (BSU).

The purpose of this survey is to solicit information from Durban University of Technology Business Studies Unit regarding customer service quality on campus. The information and ratings you provide us will go a long way in helping us to identify challenges influencing customer service at DUT, BSU.
